In a world that often encourages women to compartmentalize different areas of their lives, true wellness begins by caring for the whole person. In this inspiring keynote, Rev. Maureen Radosti explores the powerful connection between our mental, emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being, showing how lasting healing happens when each area is nurtured with intention.

Drawing from psychology, trauma-informed care, lived experience, and faith, Maureen shares practical strategies for building resilience, preventing burnout, and creating sustainable wellness in everyday life. Workshop Facilitator Bio

Rev. Maureen Radosti, LMSW, MBA is a Licensed Master Social Worker, therapist, international speaker, author, and licensed and ordained Christian minister whose work bridges faith, psychology, and whole-person wellness.

For more than two decades, she has spoken in churches, conferences, and leadership settings throughout the United States and more than 25 countries. She co-founded a global ministry that has served communities in over 70 nations and is the author of three books, with a fourth currently in development.

Alongside her clinical practice, Maureen is pursuing a Ph.D. in General Psychology, with research focused on autism recognition within mental health care. As a homeschooling mother of six and educator with Carolina Kids Co-op, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to conversations surrounding resilience, healing, faith, and sustainable well-being.

Through her writing under the pen name Millie Joy, Maureen encourages women to embrace wholehearted living while discovering that true healing happens when the mind, body, and spirit are nurtured together.

Kerry Harling is an internationally recognized integrative medicine expert, Ayurvedic practitioner, TEDx speaker, bestselling author, and CEO of The Holistic Highway. She practices at the University of Pittsburgh Center for Integrative Medicine, where she combines Ayurveda with genetic and epigenetic testing to create personalized wellness plans. Through her teaching and speaking, Kerry empowers individuals to take charge of their health by embracing a whole-person, individualized approach to healing.


She is the author of The 25-Day Ayurveda Cleanse, CEO of The Holistic Highway, and the creator of the TEDx talk "Context Is Everything" — put forward by the TEDx community as a signature TED talk. Kerry holds a B.S. in Neuroscience and a Master's in Education, and has spoken to audiences from intimate wellness retreats to TEDx events of over 1,000, with online presentations viewed by more than 50,000 people.

Take a moment to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself through creativity and guided reflection. In this interactive MIND track session, Toni Inzauto combines mindfulness practices with artistic expression to help participants reduce stress, process emotions, and cultivate inner calm.

Inspired by Dr. Becky Bailey's Conscious Discipline approach, the workshop begins with a grounding breathing exercise before participants collaborate on a meaningful group art piece using color, words, symbols, and patterns. Together, attendees will create a visual representation of resilience, restoration, and the strength that comes from making space for themselves and one another.

Through The Wilderness Compass and Moody Hues Creative Wellness Workshops, she leads welcoming, beginner-friendly creative experiences that foster emotional wellness, reduce stress, and encourage meaningful self-reflection.

Passionate about making art accessible to everyone, Toni believes creativity is a powerful pathway to healing and connection. Her workshops provide a supportive space where women can slow down, breathe deeply, and discover that art doesn't have to be perfect to be transformative.
